The short version
- You must own the song or have permission to use it. Don't upload music you don't have rights to.
- You own your lyrics, audio and the videos you export. You give us a limited license to process them only to provide the service.
- Free exports carry a small watermark. You can post them anywhere.
- Paid exports (Creator or single video) are watermark-free and can be used commercially, including monetized YouTube and ads. Rights to the song itself depend on where it came from (for AI music, check your Suno or Udio plan).
- Creator exports reset each month and don't roll over. Single-video purchases never expire.
- If a paid export fails, the credit is always returned automatically. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: email us.
- Cancel your subscription anytime from Billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period, including any unused exports.
- Copyright complaints: send a DMCA notice to hello@lyricvideogenerator.app. We remove infringing content promptly.
- The service is provided as is. Timing is automatic and can be wrong; check your video before you publish.
